The UWI has evolved from a university college of London in Jamaica with 33 medical students in 1948 to an internationally respected, regional university with near 50,000 students and five campuses.

Since launching in 2012, Target Oxbridge has helped over 200 students to secure Oxbridge offers.

CODING BLACK FEMALES SCRATCH COURSE
CodeYourWhy and Coding Black Females are partnering to create a Free 8 week Scratch Coding course for 10 girls of Black or mixed heritage aged between 10 and 15 in Jamaica and the UK.  The course runs every 8 weeks,  sign up to be added to the waitlist for the next course.  Course Time:  (Thursday) 6pm - 7pm BST, 12pm-1pm EST Course Frequency: Weekly Course Length: 8 weeks.
